Juu-so Fine, Black Spumante '19
The crème de la crème of our Spumante aged 24 months on lees in the bottle to give more body, more brioche, butter croissants and Amarena raspberry on cream. Tempted?
All you nee to know is: bubbles made on the traditional method with 100% sangiovese, bottled by hand for second fermentation in bottle, O g/l sugar at dosage.
These bottles are numbered by hand and every 6th bottle is decorated by Kristine.
A small unique production – we only have a few for sale – as we like them too :)
Beyond the fascinating and more complex winemaking process we label every bottle by hand, foil and number them – definitely made with passion and it also taste delicious!
The grapes are harvested 550m above sea level - almost the highest field in Chianti Classico. We pick the grapes a little early to keep some acid and keep the spumante crisp.
