Of course we also make Spumante at La Festeggiata – this delicate, sophisticated lady - Juu-sofine - will fill your nose with flavors of lychee, peach and subtle toast. She fits every occasion but loves a good party – share her with friends, your date or lover. She is a little pink but can handle a real man!
A sparkling sensation made on the traditional method in our cellar. Made on 100% Sangiovese adding a little pink to the spumante. The grapes are harvested 550m above sea level - almost the highest field in Chianti Classico. We pick the grapes a little early to keep some acid and keep the spumante crisp. Second fermentation in bottle to create natural bubbles and after 12 months on lees, we carefully turn all the bottles in wooden pupitres to catch the lees in the bottle neck. The lees are disgorged and we top our spumante up with more spumante – because it is so good – giving you a dry but still fruity spumante.

This wine is our love letter to all of our hardworking family and friends, to our amazing winemakers, Paula and Mirko, and to all of You wine lovers and wine drinkers.
This wine is made from Sangiovese grapes, with 20% whole bunches— a winemaking choice that brings a lighter, fresher expression, brimming with bright cherry-candy notes. This technique softens the acidity and adds complexity from the stalks, giving the wine a charming, lifted personality.
Whole Bunch captures the heart of our dedication to winemaking: the bright fruit, the joyful moments, and the passion we share with everyone who takes part in our story.

Alma, Chianti Classico – fruit forward and playfull, as our youngest daughter
Nora, Riserva – our older daughter and therefore more serious character of wine
Q, Gran Selezione – the lady of the house, 3 years of rest on oak and only the best ripe grapes with lots of layers and a serious profile
S-ignore – as the man of the house want’s it, bold. Sangiovese blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, so its ready for your steak
The Whole Bunch – dedicated to all of our hard working friends and family. This made with carefully selected whole bunches to give uplifted cherry aromas, more structure on the palate and a refreshing finish - like all our harvest years have been together. We have a good structure an uplifted energy and we finish with a harvest party
Nora is the oldest daughter in the family, therefore she deserves to have a Riserva. As a big sister she show more responsibility and maturity - therefore our bottle of Nora matures longer in our cellar on oak at La Festeggiata, than our Alma wine.
Nora has 24 months on small oak barrels of French and Slavonian oak. Only around 1000 bottles is produced.
The wine has a ruby red bouquet with delicate flavours of ripe cherries, red berries and vanilla in perfect balance with ripe tannins and a little spice from the oak. It is lively and full of intensity.
Nora is good enjoyed just by the glass but also goes well with meat dishes and meat stews as ossobuco
With the love for cigars, big steaks and tannic wines Morten has made himself a wine which matches this perfectly. Bold and oaky - a blend of Sangiovese with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine has rested for 2 years on small new French and Slavonian barriques to add Power! Do you have same preferences as Morten, then this wine will not disappoint you on steak night. We make around 1200 bottles – drink now or leave it for a while to smoothen up the tannins – but don’t wait too long, or Morten will have finished them himself…
If you open a S-ignore now we suggest to drink him with a Rib-eye that is salted well together with oven backed tomatoes seasoned with Italian herbs – or just do as Morten – enjoy it in your couch with your feet up.
Q is the crown jewel of our winery — the top selection of our grapes, chosen from only the very best vintages. This wine represents the highest expression of our dedication, skill and passion for winemaking.
Made from 100% Sangiovese, Q is aged for 32 months in 30% new barriques, allowing it to develop remarkable depth and complexity. Q has many layers, as the lady of the house, with ripe red cherries, elegant floral notes, and subtle hints of coffee and leather form the oak.
Q is not just a wine — it’s a celebration of grace and refinement, deserving of its name: the “Q”-ueen of our cellar.

An elegant and fruity white wine that captures the essence of sunny days in our highest vineyard at 470m. With the perfect balance of freshness and complexity, this is a wine that invites you to move to the rhythm of life.
A Toscana Bianco made from Sangiovese is a little unconventional, but certainly not boring. The grapes are vinified as a white wine (without skin contact). This gives a unique and distinctive white wine with character and charm.
The flavor is delicate and complex, with notes of white apricot, citrus, and a hint of wild Italian herbs. The taste is dry and elegant, with medium acidity and a light structure.
Very terrace- and food-friendly.

The crème de la crème of our Spumante aged 24 months on lees in the bottle to give more body, more brioche, butter croissants and Amarena raspberry on cream. Tempted?
All you nee to know is: bubbles made on the traditional method with 100% sangiovese, bottled by hand for second fermentation in bottle, O g/l sugar at dosage.
These bottles are numbered by hand and every 6th bottle is decorated by Kristine.

Beyond the fascinating and more complex winemaking process we label every bottle by hand, foil and number them – definitely made with passion and it also taste delicious!

This grappa captures the essence of our Sangiovese grapes together with spices from the 2 years it has rested in old Sherry barriques. It has a great balance in its soft spicy aromas and oaky character.
In Italy, after a hearty meal on a cold winter's night, we reach for Grappa, a unique distilled spirit that is perfect as a traditional digestivo or after-dinner drink or even as a unique ingredient in cocktails.
Grappa is made by distilling the pomace - the blend of our grape seeds, stalks, and stems the leftover from the wine-making process.
The Golden drops of the house
At La Festeggiata we hand-harvest our olives from our small estate of just 200 olive trees in early November to obtain an intense fragrant and spicy oil with notes of cut grass and artichoke. The olives are pressed in Certaldo in the heart of Tuscany. A limited production of 120 bottles from 2025.
Very aromatic and good for your bread and as Dario Cecchini does: dip it in freshly cut vegetables as carrots, fennel and celery.
